The FD860 adopts the latest 32-bit DSP digital processing technology; its control algorithm uses advanced variable current and variable frequency techniques for low driver heat,
low motor vibration and smooth operation. Users can set
microstep values and any current within the rated current range, meeting the needs of most applications. With built-in microstep technology, even low microstep settings achieve high-microstep smoothness at low, medium and high speeds with ultra-low noise. The driver integrates automatic parameter tuning at power-on, generating optimal operating parameters for different motors to maximize motor performance.
